Presented by Rob Allen, Policy Connect

About this Webinar

In October, cross party think tank, Policy Connect launched their report, Bricks and Water: Building Resilience for England’s Homes, which was Chaired by Baroness McIntosh of Pickering. This year-long inquiry investigates how we can make new and existing homes resilient to climate change, in particular the risks associated with drought and flooding. The report makes a number of recommendations for Government, the water industry, and consumers with regard to water efficiency, property flood resilience, and sustainable drainage. The work also puts forward a system for measuring the ‘water performance’ of existing buildings to help homeowners and landlords adapt their properties and save money.
